Dear Friends of Ada Merritt K-8 PTA: Welcome to the Summer issue of Butterfly.
Amid the welcomed family vacations abroad, the road trips to Orlando and parts North-South-East and West, not to mention the daily hustle and bustle of getting the children off to summer camp each day, all AMK8 parents will no doubt admit that thoughts of the coming school year are intermittently present in our minds.
And yes, we do need to prepare for the 2009-10 school year so that our children are ready and well-equipped on the very first day of school. Given that "procrastination is the thief of time", there's no better time than the present to take action on a few very important "To Do" items.
Here's to continued fun and fantastic family time for the rest of the summer months.

PLACE YOUR SCHOOL SUPPLIES ORDER TODAY:
1. Go to www.backtoschooltools.com
2. Click on the tab (on the left) - Order prepackaged school supply kits by school.
3. Choose Ada Merritt k-8 and enter go.
4. Scroll down and the supplies are listed by grade with the dollar amount of each box. (Kindergarten $69.93, 1st $74.33, 2nd $61.23, 3rd $64.43, 4th $61.44, 4th gifted $71.01, 5th $84.25, 6th $68.80, 7th&8th $72.01). Fourth grade gifted is labeled 4th grade tag on the order screen. The Middle School Desktop box of supplies does not include art supplies.
5. You will need to register as a new customer. The site will not let you check out until this has been done.
