We would like to invite you to participate in our 2010 Annual Silent Auction and Gala Dinner.

The event will take place at Jungle Island on the evening of

Friday, March 19th, 2010 at 7:00pm.

The Silent Auction!

 

Every year we have great silent auction items to bid on and enjoy! 

 

The money raised from this year’s auction will help to fund, Smart Boards, Science Lab resources, Portuguese & Spanish books, School Security and Teacher Grants.  Please help by obtaining items for the auction.  Donated items are a great way for companies to advertise to our parents.  Attached is a donor form that must be completed with each donation.

Multi-Level Sponsorship

  •     By donating $3,000.00, you or your firm can be our GOLD SPONSOR.  Your name will appear in ALL communications, you'll receive 1 page of full color advertising in our Event Program plus a special mention during our Gala Dinner and 6 tickets to the event.
  •     A $2,000.00 donation entitles you to SILVER SPONSOR status. Your name will appear in ALL communications, 1/2 color page advertisement on our Event Program, recognition during our Gala Dinner and 4 tickets to the event.
  • A $1,000.00 donation entitles you to BRONZE SPONSOR status.  Your name will appear in ALL communications,  you'll receive 1/4 page advertisement in our Event Program, recognition during the Gala Dinner and 2 tickets to the event.


All contributions are tax deductible. We will provide you with a letter confirming receipt of the donation including our Federal Tax ID.
