Ada Merritt needs your support! Our school earns much needed funds from every product purchased throughthe fall Catalog Sales fundraiser. The money will go toward enhancing valuable school programs.  Your child will be encouraging you to participate.  The more sales, the more chances he or she has to win great prizes!

Please show the catalog to your friends, neighbors, relatives, and co-workers to help your child, help the PTA raise funds for our school!

We have made some major changes to this year’s fundraising sale to help the program run smoother!

•    All items will be sent directly to your house not the school.  Because of this we have a more extensive collection of food items this year.
•    There will only be one order form.
•    There is a new online ordering option.
There are no multiple forms this year.
Payments are made by credit card.

Don't forget to write the student and teacher’s names on memo section of the check.

Once an item is selected, fill out the Student Home Delivery Order Form. Since the items will be shipped directly to the student’s house not the school, it is important the address information is completed correctly.  Once completed, please turn the form along with payment in an envelope to your child’s homeroom teacher.
