Ada Merritt needs your support! Our school earns much needed funds from every product purchased throughthe fall Catalog Sales fundraiser. The money will go toward enhancing valuable school programs.  Your child will be encouraging you to participate.  The more sales, the more chances he or she has to win great prizes!

Please show the catalog to your friends, neighbors, relatives, and co-workers to help your child, help the PTA raise funds for our school!

We have made some major changes to this year’s fundraising sale to help the program run smoother!

HELPFUL INFORMATION FOR PARENTS:

• All items will ship directly to the home address on top of form, and not to school approximately 1 month after catalog sale ends.

• Catalog Sale Runs from Today thru Frid Sept. 24.

• Duckie Promotion:  Kids heard all about duckie promotion today.  You will find duckie slips” on the bottom of the information sheet inside the packet.  The letter is in English, Spanish and Portuguese.  When child sells 1 item, 4 items, 8 items or 12 items, they can fill out their name and have a parent sign the slip, and bring it to the Duckie Table which will be open every morning before school right outside of the cafeteria.   Parents will NEED to sign slips for child to receive their duckie.

• Each time the child turns in a “duckie slip”, their name will be entered into a drawing to win an IPOD Touch and NINTENDO DSi!

• Kids can support the fundraiser and the duckie promotion by using the "Green Alternative" form and making cash donations. Every $10 collected equals one "item" sold.

• Each homeroom that has 85% participation will have a free popcorn/ movie day at school.   Participation only means 1 item (or $10 donated in the Green Alternative), so we can all do that!

Don't forget to write the student and teacher’s names on memo section of the check.

Once an item is selected, fill out the Student Home Delivery Order Form. Since the items will be shipped directly to the student’s house not the school, it is important the address information is completed correctly.  Once completed, please turn the form along with payment in an envelope to your child’s homeroom teacher.
